1.30pm Qi Gong-Gentle breathwork and movement-Vortex Healing Centre 

2.00pm Yoga-Gentle beginners fun, flow and balance with Ellie of Flow Yoga and Movement Studio 

2.30pm BB Fit-all fitness levels come'n'try exercises on fun equipment with Susan's friendly, highly qualified instruction 


3.15pm Dances of Peace-watch or join in this experience of sound & movement

12.30pm A Calmer Workshop with Bel The Brain Coach. Learn new things about your nervous system and ways to reduce anxiety 

1.30pm Dementia Australia will host a small workshop to learn more about supporting others with Dementia 

2.30pm Kirtan Chanting-join in a small group in a quiet space and discover the healing energy of chanting
